RIIS is a smaller, hands-on landscape and irrigation contractor serving commercial and residential clients across DFW. We remain competitive on small to mid-size commercial packages while staying directly involved in field execution and project coordination. We also respond to smaller repair, restoration, and change-order scopes.

  • Commercial irrigation installation, reroutes, and repairs. Diagnostics, leak repairs, coverage testing, and system restoration. Controller replacement, programming, startup, and seasonal adjustments. Irrigation meter shutoffs and rapid-response repair support for urgent and emergency issues, subject to availability.

  • Landscape and planting installation, restoration after construction, and repair of damage caused by other trades. Plant replacement, establishment-period corrections, temporary watering, and small sod installations. Soil preparation, mulch, rock, DG, and soil installation, plus steel edging and landscape bed work.

  • Drainage improvements and repairs, fine grading, and small hardscape and site-improvement scopes. We also support small change orders and tenant improvements, with budgeting and value-engineering assistance before construction to help align the scope with your priorities.

  • Preconstruction irrigation inspections document existing conditions and help clarify responsibility for later damage. We locate and mark irrigation systems before excavation; coordinate sleeves and crossings before concrete or paving; and provide temporary shutdowns, caps, bypasses, and construction-phase reroutes. We repair irrigation damage caused by construction or other trades and provide temporary watering for disturbed areas.

  • Backflow testing coordination through qualified testing providers, punch-list corrections, and final inspection coordination. Irrigation as-builts, equipment information, and closeout documentation. Landscape and irrigation warranty repairs and establishment-period follow-up to address the agreed project scope.
